Recent UGA Graduates, Heidi Gholamhosseini And Jonathan Tonge, Join Andersen, Tate And Carr Law Firm As Associate Attorneys
Heidi Gholamhosseini has joined the Firm’s Commercial Real Estate & Banking Group. Heidi specializes in assisting banks, corporations, LLCs and other business entities with the purchase, sale and lending aspect of commercial real estate law.
Heidi received her Juris Doctor (cum laude) from the University of Georgia School of Law in Athens, GA in 2016.
While in law school, Heidi served as the Executive Vice Chairwoman of the Moot Court Team and as a semi-finalist at the Talmadge Moot Court Competition and Member of the Russell Eight. She was a Notes Editor of the Georgia Journal of International & Comparative Law. She was President of the Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity and an active member of the Dean’s Ambassadors and the Student Bar Association.
Jonathan (Jon) Tonge has joined the Firm’s Litigation Team. Jonathan will focus his practice on business and commercial litigation, employment and property disputes and representing individuals in civil suits.
Jonathan received his Juris Doctor (Magna Cum Laude) from the University of Georgia School of Law in Athens, GA in 2016.
While in law school, Jonathan was inducted into the Order of the Coif, was the Executive Editor of the Georgia Journal of International & Comparative Law, the 2015 Deputy Director of the Working in the Public Interest Conference and Co-Chair of the 2015 Red Clay Conference. Jonathan’s scholarly works include A Truck Stop Instead of Saint Peter’s: The Trafficking Victims Protection Reauthorization Act and the Future of Human Rights Litigation in Light of Sosa, Kiobel, and Mohamed, 43 Ga. J. Int’l & Comp. L. (2015).
