

Ben White is a litigation associate at Andersen, Tate & Carr practicing in a wide variety of subject matters. Prior to joining Andersen, Tate, & Carr, Ben served as a staff attorney for Chief Judge Harold A. Hinesley in the Toombs Judicial Circuit. He then practiced with a large southeast insurance defense firm.
Originally from Michigan, Ben obtained his Bachelor of Science with a major in Neuroscience from Michigan State University. He then went on to graduate from Mercer University School of Law where he was a Deans Scholar. During law school, Ben gained experience working for a wide variety of legal organizations including the Michigan Attorney General’s Tax and Revenue Department, a Personal Injury firm, and a Tax Controversy and Estate Planning practice. He was also a member of the Moot Court and Negotiations teams and earned a certificate in Advanced Research and Legal Writing.
Ben and his girlfriend live in Lawrenceville with their multiple animals and enjoy staying active in the Gwinnett community.
