Jessica Hammersen
Associate
Jessica Hammersen is an associate in Andersen, Tate & Carr’s Litigation Group.
Jessica earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Georgia School of Law. During law school, she served as a Teaching Assistant for first-year Legal Writing, mentoring students and assisting in the development of their legal research and writing skills. She also completed a judicial internship with Chief Judge Jason Deal of the Hall County Superior Court, where she gained valuable insight into trial practice.
Jessica holds a Bachelor of Business Management from the University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business. As an undergraduate, she was an early enrollee and five-year scholarship athlete on the UGA Softball Team, competing in two Women’s College World Series. She also served as a Georgia Way Team Ambassador, representing student-athlete leadership and community engagement initiatives.
Jessica resides in Watkinsville with her husband, Will, and in her free time enjoys spending time with family and friends.
