Client Testimonials

Anderson Tate and Carr have been our corporate and personal attorneys for close to 20 years. During that time we have come to rely on them for all of our legal needs. We had a case back in the earlier days of our business that could have destroyed our business we didn’t know where to begin or what questions to ask but from day one Jim Joedecke made us feel that everything would be okay. . We are fortunate that the case did go in our favor but we feel that it was only due to the hard work Jim and his team did for months. We completely trust all of the lawyers and staff at Anderson Tate and Car

"We enjoyed our visit with Jim last Thursday when we went to pick up the check. Our heartfelt thanks go out to Jim for an incredible and difficult negotiation on our behalf. The final outcome has overwhelmed us, an award of all attorney’s fees and legal expenses. It has been to us, an answer to prayer. We are firm believers that things don’t happen by chance and that God is in control.

We thank you for meeting the challenges posed in this case, and bringing this matter to a just resolution. Your patience and professionalism were impressive, but your sincere caring and concern was what really set you apart from most attorneys.

Jim, you are a gifted attorney. With equal parts grit and finesse, you maneuvered through the complexity of tax appeal litigation, advocating hard against the opposition while at the same time protecting client interests—a warrior and friend by your side.

Thank you for so expertly representing us. You have been right on target with responses to opposing counsel throughout and we are so appreciative for all your hard work and efforts on our behalf. At the trial, you gave an accurate depiction of our property over assessment along with well-chosen examples contrasting the expert’s comps but there’s no doubt in our minds that what convinced the jury was the genuine conviction expressed in your voice. In other words, not only are words and facts used in a trial important but also the speaker’s tone and manner of delivery.

We can’t thank everyone enough for a job well done to you, Brittany, and your fine team members including receptionists and paralegals who put us at ease in this difficult process with their kindness, courtesy, and helpfulness. We wish you all the best and continued success in your practice." - Mike & Elizabeth Evans
