
Patrick Testa
Associate
Patrick Testa is a litigation attorney at Andersen, Tate & Carr. He represents clients in a variety of cases including general civil litigation, eminent domain, and disputed zoning matters.
Patrick graduated from the University of Georgia School of Law cum laude in 2021. Prior to law school, Patrick earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Georgia in 2008. After college, he served as an officer and naval aviator in the United States Marine Corps for over a decade, flying the MV-22B Osprey and other aircraft. Patrick continues to serve as a pilot in the Marine Corps Reserve.
During law school, Patrick served as the Executive Managing Editor of the Georgia Journal for International and Comparative Law and published work related to military law and the Fifth Amendment. He also spent three consecutive semesters working at UGA’s Veterans Legal Clinic, assisting servicemembers and veterans with a variety of legal matters.
Patrick grew up in Marietta, Georgia, and he currently lives in Atlanta with his wife Meghan.
