Stephanie J. Dennis is an associate attorney in the litigation practice group at Andersen, Tate & Carr, where she represents clients in a range of civil matters, including real estate disputes, zoning and land use matters, probate and estate litigation, and business and commercial disputes.
She earned her Bachelor of Business Administration from Georgia State University in 2014. Before attending law school, she worked as a paralegal at an Atlanta litigation firm, gaining practical experience that ultimately shaped her decision to pursue a legal career. She earned her Juris Doctor from Atlanta’s John Marshall Law School in 2020.
Stephanie began her legal practice in real estate law, focusing on the resolution of title issues and advising sellers, buyers, lenders, real estate investors, wholesalers, REITs, and hedge funds in connection with complex residential and commercial real estate transactions. Her real estate background continues to inform her litigation practice, particularly in matters involving property rights, development, land use, business disputes, landlord-tenant issues, and probate and estate disputes.
Stephanie is involved in the Gwinnett County community and is a graduate of the Leadership Gwinnett Class of 2026. She continues to support Leadership Gwinnett through her service on the Justice Day Committee. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and her dog, Tuxedo, and being involved in her church.
Stephanie grew up in Johns Creek and is honored to practice law in the same ZIP code where she was raised. She now proudly calls Gwinnett County home.
