Sometimes Less is More

Amy H. Bray assisted a local master-planned community with simplifying their over-complicated association governance structure. The community was originally designed to contain a master association with four sub-associations; however, the realities of the development and the complexities of running four separate associations proved to be too much for the owners. Ms. Bray assisted in streamlining the governing structure so that the four associations were merged into one surviving association, while preserving those elements of governance that were unique to each separate portion of the overall development. Now owners have a structure that is easier to understand, to administer, and to pay for!
