Thomas J. Andersen has recently represented multiple lenders in the acquisition and refinancing of loan pools from the FDIC, including a purchase of approximately 23 loans secured by properties in Georgia, Alabama, and New Jersey with loans in the aggregate of over $17,000,000.00. Mr. Andersen was required to act fast to complete the complex loan review and due diligence process for each loan portfolio, as well as preparing all of the necessary documents to complete the purchase in accordance with the regulations of the FDIC. After acquisition, Mr. Andersen continued to represent the lenders in the restructuring and refinance of several of the purchased loans.
