Administration & Interpretation

We provide legal counsel and assistance with the day-to-day corporate responsibilities of running a community association, from record keeping to calling meetings to collections.  We also provide assistance with interpreting the governing documents, identifying the limits of the Association’s power, and, when necessary, amending governing documents and the unique considerations that community associations face.
