
Martina Palatto
Martina Palatto is a part of the Litigation Group at Andersen, Tate & Carr. Ms. Palatto’s practice areas include civil litigation, where she represents individuals and businesses in trial and appellate matters.
Ms. Palatto graduated cum laude from the University of Georgia School of Law in 2011, where she served as Executive Editor for the Journal of Intellectual Property Law. While in law school, Ms. Palatto served as President of the Dean’s Ambassadors, Vice President of the Health Law Society, and Vice President of the Student Bar Association. She participated in the J. Ralph Beaird Closing Argument Competition and was the recipient of the 2011 Attorneys’ Title Insurance Fund Award for Excellence in Real Property Award. Ms. Palatto received her Bachelor of Arts in Journalism, Public Relations, summa cum laude, from the University of Georgia in 2007. While an undergraduate student, she earned a Certificate in Personal and Organizational Leadership. She was inducted into Phi Beta Kappa honor society and is a member of Sigma Kappa Sorority.
Admitted to the practice of law in the State of Georgia in November 2011, Ms. Palatto is a member of the State Bar of Georgia.
Ms. Palatto was raised in Lilburn, Georgia, where she ran both cross-country and track for Parkview High School. She is a member of the Atlanta Track Club and participates in long distance running events throughout the year.
