Marian Adeimy is a litigation, zoning, and local government attorney with Andersen, Tate & Carr. Marian has argued before the Supreme Court of Georgia, the Georgia Court of Appeals, and the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia.

Marian graduated cum laude from the University of Georgia. She obtained her law degree from Georgia State University where she served as a Land Use & Urban Fellow. She advises individuals, property owners, small businesses, banks, and developers regarding real estate and business disputes, including:

Marian is an active member of the Council for Quality Growth and serves on the Gwinnett Advisory Council.  She serves on the Boards for the Southwest Gwinnett Chamber of Commerce and the Gwinnett Community Alliance.While in law school, Marian earned a Certificate in International Commercial Arbitration through the Johannes Kepler University in Linz, Austria.  She gained additional experience as a Committee Aide for the State Senate Regulated Industries Committee and as a governmental affairs intern for GeorgiaLink Public Affairs Group.

Marian grew up in Peachtree Corners and graduated from Norcross High School. Marian and her husband now live in Dunwoody and are members of Buckhead Church. She enjoys tennis and painting in her free time.
