Eadaoin Waller
Eadaoin Waller is part of the corporate group of Andersen, Tate & Carr. Her practice focuses principally on mergers and acquisitions (stock and asset transactions), employment law (employee handbooks and contracts; severance agreements; employer policies and procedures; non-compete/non-solicit and confidentiality agreements; intellectual property protection issues), general corporate law (choice of entity and entity formation; shareholder and partnership agreements; general corporate advice) and non-profit law (including the assistance of charitable entitles in obtaining 501(c)(3) tax exempt status).
Ms. Waller graduated with honors from the Queen’s University of Belfast in Ireland with a Bachelor of Common & Civil Law and a Bachelor of Arts (Minor) in French in 1999. She spent her third year of undergraduate study at the Universite de Caen school of law in France, where she studied French civil law and French language. She received her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the University of Georgia School of Law in 2005. While attending law school, Ms. Waller served on the Editorial Board of the Journal of Intellectual Property Law. She was a runner-up in the Richard B. Russell Moot Court competition, competed in various moot court competitions, and served as a coach to the UGA Moot Court Intrastate team in 2005.
Ms. Waller is a member of the State Bar of Georgia. She grew up in Dublin, Ireland, and currently resides in Watkinsville with her husband, daughter and son. She is a member of the Rotary Club of Oconee County and serves as a member of the Board of the Human Resources Management Association (HRMA) of the Gwinnett County Chamber of Commerce.
