Brian C. Carmony
Brian Carmony manages the Residential Real Estate Department of Andersen, Tate & Carr. Mr. Carmony’s practice includes representing both community and national banking institutions and mortgage companies in construction loans, permanent loans, and the foreclosure of security interests. His representation includes BB&T, Bank of North Georgia, The Brand Banking Company, Brand Mortgage Group, Colonial Bank, SunTrust Bank, United Community Bank, Wachovia and Wells Fargo. Mr. Carmony also represents both buyers and sellers in drafting and reviewing purchase and sale agreements.
Mr. Carmony received his Juris Doctor in 1996 from the University of Georgia School of Law. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in political science from Berry College in Rome, Georgia in 1993 where he received the Chief Moore Award presented to the student who best exemplifies the work ethic and work quality of Berry College.
Mr. Carmony was admitted to the practice of law in the State of Georgia in 1996. He is a member of the State Bar of Georgia (Real Property Section), the Gwinnett County Bar Association, the Greater Atlanta Homebuilders Association and the Georgia Real Estate Closing Attorneys Association. He is on the board of directors of Covenant Counseling and Family Resource Center where he is currently serving as secretary and he is an active member of Hebron Baptist Church in Dacula, Georgia.
