Out Of Gas: Acquiring And Financing Convenience Stores Out Of Bankruptcy Proceedings

Thomas J. Andersen represented the borrower in the acquisition and refinancing of approximately 80 separate convenience stores locations throughout Georgia, Alabama, and Florida out of a bankruptcy proceeding involving a large, national convenience store owner. This involved sensitive negotiations with the bankruptcy trustee and logistical issues in dealing with the number of convenience stores and the fact that they were located in several different states.
