Helping The Nation’s Busiest Airport Construct A Fifth Runway By Securing Rights For A 5.1-Mile Earth-Moving Conveyor Belt

Thomas J. Andersen and Michael Sullivan represented a local developer in the assemblage of the fee simple, easement, and license interests necessary to construct and operate a 5.1-mile conveyor belt to move dirt from Clayton County to the fifth runway being constructed at Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport. This assemblage dealt with upwards of 140 different parcels of real estate.
