Green Lives Here

Amy H. Bray drafted the condominium governing documents for the "Eco-Lofts", a nationally recognized mixed use condominium building. The building is located in the Brookhaven neighborhood (Chamblee) and was one of the first buildings in Atlanta developed to achieve LEED standards. The building has retail uses on the first floor, with residential units on the floors above. Incorporating the LEED concepts into the condominium documents in a meaningful way to carry forward the concepts and ideals was an interesting challenge, and included dealing with everything from recycling programs to providing for access to residential common elements to allow retail employees changing rooms or places to park bikes.
