Adam L. Hoipkemier
Adam Hoipkemier is part of the Litigation Group at Andersen, Tate & Carr. He focuses his practice on a wide range of matters within the areas of commercial and real estate litigation.
Mr. Hoipkemier received his Juris Doctorate degree, cum laude, from the University of Georgia School of Law in 2008. While at the University of Georgia, he served as an editor of the Georgia Law Review from 2007-2008. Mr. Hoipkemier graduated cum laude from the University of Michigan in 2004 with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. While at the University of Michigan, he interned in the chambers of the Honorable Bernard Friedman of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan.
Mr. Hoipkemier is admitted to practice law in all Georgia State courts, as well as the Northern and Middle Districts of Georgia. He is a member of the State Bar of Georgia as well as a licensed mediator with the Georgia Office of Dispute Resolution. He is currently an attorney coach of the South Gwinnett High School Mock Trial Team and a coordinator of the firm's Relay for Life campaign benefiting the American Cancer Society. Mr. Hoipkemier resides near the Brookhaven/Chamblee area of Atlanta.
